I was in a situation where I couldn't go somewhere else. The office had a microwave but said it hadn't been working at that time. The tub drain was clogged with hair and slime. AC kept shorting out. It was absolutely the worst and I wish I could get some of my money refunded having to buy coffee at a restaurant and pay high price for food and blankets and towels and losing money in inoperable washer. What a horrible experience.

And all the staff members were outside smoking Marijuana and when they came in to actually help the customers that were waiting they all smelled like pot really bad and made the whole office smell. Very unprofessional. Customer service was very poor and unhelpful. For $80 a night I'd rather sleep in my car. No management to be found anywhere.
